Last General Conference On The Mission

This has been a good week! On Tuesday, we had a good opportunity to mow a descent sized lawn. That went well. On Thursday, I was awoken at 4 AM to a huge thunder-storm, which kept me awake for a bit. Later that morning, we had a District Meeting. That went well. I gave a training on repentance. We had a good potluck lunch after that. I made a really good pasta salad. On Friday, we spend a good bit helping a recent convert scrape old paint off his house. Later that day we were given a whole lot of food from members. On Saturday, we did some good cleaning at our apartment and watched General Conference at the church. On Sunday, we gave a small pie to our recent convert, as it was her birthday. Between the sessions of Conference on Saturday and Sunday, I felt well spiritually edified. I only hope I can apply all the wonderful things I learned. That night we had a lesson with a member that works for a funeral home and he gave us a brief tour of the old funeral home where he lives. That was pretty cool. This morning, I gave myself a much needed haircut. Overall, this has been a very good week. However, I don't really have time to give all the details. I hope you all have a wonderful coming week!
