The Last Six Weeks!

On Tuesday morning, I woke up feeling sick. However, with a little
rest and a couple days, that went away. That night, we went to a
basketball game that one of our ward members holds that is attended by
a lot of non-members. On Thursday, we had a district meeting in
Currituck. That was good. Our District Leader went through a thorough
analogy, comparing an airplane, and the necessary forces to fly, to
the gospel and missionary work. After that we had a district lunch at
Frog Island, in which I had scallops and alligator. On Friday, we had
one of our members burn the Book of Mormon to a couple CDs. On
Saturday, we gave the CDs to one of our investigators, who should now
be able to listen to that consistently. Later that day, we counted all
of our supplies, as our mission leaders instructed us to. We found
supplies we didn't even know we had. On Sunday, between our meetings
at the time that church started, my companion taught me a few things
about playing piano. I then figured out how to play 'Nearer My God To
Thee'. Church was great. A lot of members brought their non-member
friends. After church we had a few really good appointments and
visits. That night, we found out that both me and Elder Herron are
staying another transfer. I will finish my mission here in Elizabeth
City. I hope you have all had a wonderful week. Take care!
