A Burrowing Nuisance

On Wednesday we had the opportunity of helping a less-active family move to a different part of our area. That went pretty well. After a couple hours of that wonderful exercise, I noticed something on my leg. I found a burrowing tick, the first one I have ever had in me. After heading back to another members house, I tried the peanut butter trick (which they had never heard of before), which didn't seem to work, then I did what they usually do and pulled it out clean with tweezers. Later that day, we ran into the son of a recent convert that passed away back in February and helped him with a complicated situation he is currently facing. Later that day we were given collector model cars by a guy we are teaching. Also that day, I came down with an illness, which, through diligent means, went away pretty quickly. On Thursday, in a lesson, we got one of our investigators to pray that has never before felt comfortable praying in a lesson. That was really good. On Friday we had a wonderful zone meeting. On Saturday we went to the graduation party of a member who is preparing to head out to BYU Provo. Amongst the party, we talked to a lot of nonmembers and an awesome investigator we haven't been able to get in contact with for a while. I hope you all have a wonderful week. Read the scriptures, pray sincerely, and attend church attentively and your week will be wonderful regardless of all else. The church is true. I know it and I know that everyone can know it. Share the gospel with a friend. This is a wonderful work. Shall we not go on is so great a cause?
