Spam Mail!

Last Tuesday, I got a package from my family. I do wonder whose idea it was to send me spam mail. Due to such, this past week I have had my first taste of spam (at least as far as I can remember). It tastes pretty good, but I can't imagine it being too healthy. On Wednesday we cut our grass again, since it was starting to get kinda tall again. That same day, amongst our lessons, we had an abnormally good streak of three referrals. On Thursday we didn't find a lot of people home. For dinner we went to Dragon Buffet again, since one of our members that works there gives us gift certificates. That night we did our weeks shopping at Wal-Mart, a place we don't get to much. On Friday we had an excellent Zone Meeting. Our mission will soon be piloting several things, including Chapel Tours. On Sunday our Branch Mission Leader gave us some groceries. That, along with all the other food members are providing, is setting us up for not having to buy much of our own stuff. That day, we were also able to get in contact with an investigator we haven't been able to contact in a long time. I think things are looking up for this area. At a dinner appointment that night, I was able to play with a tame snake. I haven't had much chance to do that during my life. I think I have only even touched a snake on a couple occasions before that, though it was my childhood dream-pet. Anyway, that was fun. This week has been pretty good in general.
