Woosh!

Last Monday, we had an awesome Family Home Evening with a seriously awesome family, the Moster's. I taught about mormon.org and invited them to create profiles. He made one right there and committed to share it with someone. On Tuesday, I confirmed the signs I had seen of mice in our trailer. Dealing with that is a work in progress. Later that day I finally hit the bottom of my MSF, for the first time on my mission. I have plenty of food though. Later, we had to get pushed out of mud, since we got rain that day and tried parking on soft ground. Even later, we taught Jacky, one of our investigators, and I set her to be baptized on November 20th, and confirmed on the 21st, my birthday. Im excited. I really think she will be able to make that date. Afterward the member that went with us, bro. Moster and his son, took us to eat at Sonic, for my first time. The food is pretty good. On Wednesday, we did a little cleaning on the car, due to the mudding. Later that day I got some mice traps. The cashier asked me what God thinks of using them. I replied as I felt it to be. The next day, the mice had robbed the traps of peanut butter. They did that a couple more times and, a couple days later, took the cheese from the traps.

On Thursday I tried tracting with pamphlets and movies. I suppose I shall see if that works out. On Friday, we stopped by and taught another investigator, Rose. I cast my line in the water, but the fish wants to nibble a bit longer before biting. Oh well, being a fisher of men, you cant expect all to bite immediately. After that, a member that we stopped by gave us money and sent us to McDonalds. On Saturday we got a new car. We had our Toyota Corolla replaced with a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Later that day we did some awesome tracting. We found two new investigators. Im excited. On Sunday, we had lunch with the Bair family, who fed us Carolina Barbecue. We then went in at 6, had 2 trick-or-treaters, and I made a stick-figure poster for President and Sister Perry, as assigned. Today, we finally caught one of the mice. Also, the Moster's took us to the Currituck Lighthouse, then to see the ocean and see some wild horses. I have finally been to the ocean. Anyway, they are an awesome family.

Things are going well for me. I am excited for what lies ahead.
