Nearing Transfers!

So, I am nearing my first transfer. Its kind of insane to think about. Time is passing so quickly. I have definitely had improvement since I first came out, but theres still so far to go. Im told that I am doing awesomely for being a newb/greenie/whatever. Anyway, so much to still improve.

This past week I ate at a place called "Asian Fusion Buffet". It was pretty good. It was relatively cheap, and I got to eat a pile of sushi for my first dignified time. Its decent.

This past Monday was miserable. Me and my companion both woke up feeling terribly sick. Besides some degree of sleeping and such, we did manage to do two lessons. My guts still feel a little miserable, but not nearly as much as Monday, or even yesterday. Im good though.

On Sunday night I got the opportunity to perform my second sealing-of-the-anointing blessing (both have been on my mission). Its such an awesome, amazing experience. It was for a member, then we gave the investigator a blessing of comfort.

Story time. Yesterday we were teaching a man from Burma (difficulty understanding english and a heavy accent). So... usually he gives us Mountain Dews (which we just pass on to the zone leaders, since neither of us drink them). This time he started pouring us tea. We, of course, had to refuse. Anyway, thats the story. Enjoy!

So This next week is transfers. Me and my companion are more likely to both be staying one more transfer (in missionary lingo, I wont get a step-father). Nonetheless, however things turn out, im good with it (after all, the Lord is the director of his work).

Things are going well for me. Today we may go and see Thomas Jefferson's house in Monticello. The church is true! I know that for a fact. I love you all.
