An Awesome Week

So, the week has been good! A lot has happened. On Sunday I finally got around to cutting my hair. The longness was starting to get super annoying. Now it feels much better.

So, I don't know if I mentioned this, but the spanish elders moved in with us. It makes things much more awesome. We are not left to our lonesome. The one drawback is less space, but its all good.

So, we had an interesting experience yesterday. One of our recent converts called us because she needed help with something. We met up at Barns & Nobel, which just-so-happened to share space with Starbucks. She insisted on getting us something. We ended up getting raspberry cheesecake and vanilla bean smoothies, which are amazingly tasty. However, missionaries aren't supposed to go to coffee shops. She needed our help editing her essay to get into a college, since she is from China, and not the most english literate. Anyway, interesting experience.

Also, on a related note, we have an investigator that works for PBS, as an editor. She was an editor for some Joseph Smith/Mormonism documentary. She is actually investigating because of her admiration of Joseph Smith. Good stuff!

This past week I also did the Virginia thing and ate a bunch of types of apples. Some were good, but apples are certainly not my favorite fruit.

So, this week I got to call home. It went well and sounds like things back home are going pretty good. Its good to hear.

Things are still going well for me. Im loving it here. I know the church is true. I hope you are all finding the same.
